Fresh Takes is proud to present this delectable delight with plenty of time for you to perfect them before the Holiday season begins. So without further ado here is Chef Nette’s original recipe for four dozen of her Southern Milk Chocolate Maple Pecan Cookies.
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 ½ sticks butter, soften
1 cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons maple flavoring
3 eggs
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 ½ cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir flower, baking powder and salt then set aside
Mix butter with brown & white sugar at medium speed until creamy. Add maple flavor and one egg at a time mix until smooth and creamy
Gradually blend dry mix into creamy mixture. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts on an ungreased cookie sheet scoop using a tablespoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake for 6-8 minutes for soft cookies or until light brown.
So get to baking and be sure to let us know how they turned out.

These cookies are amazing. I have had them on several occasions and they were consistently good. Something this good should be available for the masses. It won’t be long. They are too good to be a secret. Enjoy!
